How do I order?
Once you know what you’d like to order, you have a few options: use the shopping cart and checkout feature of my website, message me in this chat box, OR send an email to hello@cookiesbyliam.ca.
Where are you located?
I’m located in Crystallina Nera, Edmonton but I don’t give out my exact address until you order in order to protect my privacy. I also protect my address because this is a HOME Bakery, so I don’t have a walk-in shopfront.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately not. If you can’t make the drive, you are welcome to organize a courier service to collect your goods, although I can’t accept responsibility for the quality of their driving
Why does checkout ask for a billing address if this is a pickup order?
Shopify requires a billing address for order records, even for pickup orders. We don’t ship — pickup details are shared once your treats are ready.

and I’ll place your order manually.
Do you bake nut-free products?
If you have a nut allergy, please enjoy my baked goods with caution. I sincerely care about your well-being, but I kindly ask that you consume my nut-containing treats at your own discretion. I often work with NUTS in my kitchen. Persons who are allergic to nuts consume any of my bakes at their own risk.
How far ahead should I order?
Please give at least 2 to 4 business days notice (but it's first come, first served!) For bulk orders please give at least 1 week notice.
I'm a new customer, and I don't know what to pick. Could you recommend your best-selling products?
Please check out my "Best Sellers" category in my menu. It contains my most popular items.
Do you bake anything vegan or sugar free?
Vegan and sugar free baking is not my passion at all.
Do you bake novelty/themed/custom items?
I ONLY bake the goods listed on my website. Novelty/themed/custom items have their time and place, but they are not my passion at all.
Do you bake for weddings?
I ONLY bake the goods as listed on my website. If my style suits your wedding, then I’ll be happy to bake for your special day. Please keep in mind that I do not add any extras like flowers or toppers; you will need to source those yourself.
